Jolonzo Goldtooth has gone from modeling to making fashions and now he is preparing to take his designs to a New York City fashion show as a featured designer.

Goldtooth, 28, was invited to showcase his designs at the PLITZS New York City Fashion Week platform this coming February.

PLITZS Fashion Marketing founded the, “PLITZS New York City Fashion Week” in 2004, according to its website, and they work with international and domestic emerging fashion designers by providing showcasing opportunities, brand exposure and networking.

“I’m showing in New York Fashion Week which is a star-stuck moment and I still can’t believe it’s a reality,” Goldtooth said, adding that he has to come up with 25 looks for his showcase.

Goldtooth said he is working with a Native accessories designer on the looks.
