Books are the only thing on seven-year-old Dyatihi Benally's mind this summer and she wants to share her passion for reading with anyone willing to pick up a book.

Benally held a book drive at the Tselani/Cottonwood Chapter House on July 3 during the "Just Move It" event where she handed out over 300 books for anyone willing to take them.

Benally said she wanted to have a book drive because she realized that kids didn't have as many books as she did to read.

It's important for kids to have books so "they can keep going to school and not stay in the same grade," Benally said, who reads at least one book a day.
