Moviegoers got a little bonus during the "Smoke Signals" screening at the El Morro Theater this past Friday.

Not only did they get to have a Q&A with Director Chris Eyre but for sthe first time Eyre showed the alternate ending to the beloved film.

When Eyre asked the crowd if they wanted to see the alternate ending to the film they erupted in cheers.

"It's never been seen. I've never shown this before," Eyre told the crowd.

The first comment Eyre got from the crowd about the scene was, "I liked that one better," earning a chuckle from the director as he teased he'd have to go back and change the ending now.
