The deadline to submit the forms is Wednesday, Nov. 20 by 5 p.m. (DST). Forms are also available on the Navajo Times website at navajotimes.com.
Area coaches and athletic directors are urged to submit completed forms with correct spelling of athletes and supporting statistics for their respective nominees, as soon as possible.
A complete list of all the selected All-Stars will be published in a 2013 edition of the Navajo Times and the NT website. An awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, Dec. 5 in Shiprock, N.M. for those who have been selected.
