Sorrelhorse earns spot on host team for Connie Mack World Series

Like other children in San Juan County, Rashaan Sorrelhorse spent much of his childhood watching the Connie Mack World Series from the nosebleed seats of Ricketts Park.

His tween years were spent racing up and down the aluminum stairs selling hot dogs and Cokes.
But for the next week and half, Sorrelhorse will have one of the best seats in the house.
A member of the host team, the Farmington Strike Zone, Sorrelhorse will play in his first ever Connie Mack World Series as a relief pitcher.
