This small plane crash-landed near Hard Rock, Arizona early Saturday morning. The pilot survived.

BOULDER, Colo.

A small plane crash-landed near Hard Rock, Arizona early this morning, according to residents in the area.

The pilot appeared to have survived the crash, according to Mary Katherine Smith of Big Mountain.

She said he was transported from the scene in a black SUV.
