Can’t quit smoking or chewing tobacco?

Then consider visiting the Tobacco Cessation Clinic at Tsehootsoi Medical Center for help.

Pharmacists here are eager to help patients quit what they consider could become a deadly habit. The team of pharmacists includes Dr. Shannon Saltclah, Dr. Aaron Clark, Dr. Gayle Tuckett, Dr. Rebecca Wong and Dr. Brenda Benally, all of whom hold certification in providing pharmacological treatment and drugs to patients wanting to quit the use of tobacco.

“I think a lot of people have the will to quit but then don’t have the resources,” Wong said, before adding that patients wanting to quit can get those free services at TMC.
