That's is PL.93-638~~!! ha. it's such a joke, "Self-determination"!!! yeah right! Whatever! yeah, Self-determination to hire those that only have 12 gr. diplomas, and make them directors? ha! Hire your kids! Hire your spouses! ha.. yep that's what it's for.. the PL. 93-638! yep! CEO being paid $250,000 a year. All the Head Honchos already setting their pay! joke

i think NN has everyone for the wrong job and even the health dept.the cartoon says it all the custodian doing a professional job,you know what i mean? good example,causing all the commotion at the capitol of NN.

SHEEP HERDER...638 is not how many times Ms. Awe visited you in your tent...

I think what "JaanManlyMan" talked about is what is call Public Law 93-638. This P.L. grants or gives authtorization to N-Jun tribes to operate Fed Service Programs under BIA jurisdiction. He said we ain't ready for this, but our NN is already contracted to operation IHS under 638. Currently IHS trying to get contracted to operate Fort Defiance Hospital.
