There was nothing young about Troy Tuni and Cain Thomas when it came to jumping on two beasts during the MegaBucks Bullriding event over the weekend.

Behind the chutes, the two local teenagers visited liked they were veterans who had just toured the country riding bulls. But in reality, they were two fresh faces that had nothing to lose.

Tuni, 15, from Rock Point, Ariz., and Thomas, 16, from Crystal, N.M., became the new MegaBucks Bullriding champions after tying with 90-point rides on Sunday at Red Rock Park. They split the grand prize of $8,000.
