Mortgage, rental assistance available

FLAGSTAFF – The Coconino County Health and Human Services Social Services has limited funding available to help those who need rental assistance. The following is required:

• Applicant must provide 60 days of income documentation for household members 18 and older.

• Must be at or below 80 percent area median income.

• Applicant must complete a financial empowerment course and case management.

• Applicant must live outside of the Flagstaff city limits.
