Students (or their legal guardians) reaching the age of 18 or over who were identified as having a disability and served by a San Juan School District Special Education Program under the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act), may want to inspect, review, or retrieve personally applicable records which might be needed for other private, State, or Federal programs.
Records will be destroyed on or after July 1, 2025 for students who were born on or before June 1, 2000 and received San Juan School District Special Education services any time before and including the 2021-2022 school year.
