The selected consultant will develop a standardized signage plan that enhances visitor orientation, roadway safety, cultural identity, and regulatory compliance while supporting tourism and economic development. This is a Request for Proposals from attorneys admitted to practice in Arizona and the Navajo Nation to provide legal services to Chilchinbeto Community School Inc. (CCSI) (“Offerors”). CCSI is a school serving approximately 30-50 students in grades Kindergarten through Eighth, located in Chilchinbeto, Arizona, on the Navajo Nation, and operates under a grant issued by the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) pursuant to P.L. 100-297, the Tribally Controlled Schools Act (TCSA). The School Board seeks proposals from attorneys to serve as local counsel. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to the Office of Management and Budget Super Circular, 2 C.F.R. Part 200. CCS Procurement Policies, Navajo case law and applicable sections of the Navajo Nation Code including the Navajo Business Opportunity Act (NNBOA). Qualified Navajo and Native American attorneys are encouraged to submit a response.
