REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PURPOSE:

The Teesto Chapter is seeking Proposals from a qualified independent CPA firms interested in conducting Financial Statement Audit for Fiscal Year 2021 and Fiscal Year 2022. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit information that will enable Teesto Chapter to determine which CPA forms are best qualified to successfully execute each audit.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Previous experience auditing of the Navajo Nation Certified Local Governance Act Chapters.
2. CPA’s must be licensed to practice in the states of Arizona and New Mexico.
3. Complete and sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
4. Obtain and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance.

The property to be sold is located at 83 Pastora Drive, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, and is more particularly described as follows: Lot 83, Replat of Shiprock Northwest Subdivision, According to Document No. 791-244-79, Records of Southwest Title Plant, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque, New Mexico:

Plaintiff’s judgment is in the amount of $81,959.97, and the same bears interest at the rate of 9.5% per annum, accruing at the rate of $21.33 per diem. The Court reserves entry of final judgment, for the amount due after foreclosure sale, including interest, costs, and fees as may be assessed by the Court. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event that the subject Note and Mortgage is not sooner paid off or reinstated, the undersigned Special Master will, as set forth above, offer for sale and sell the Property to the highest bidder for cash or equivalent, for the purpose of satisfying, in the adjudged order of priorities, the judgment and decree of foreclosure described herein, together with any additional costs and attorney’s fees, including the costs of advertisement and publication for the foregoing sale, and, reasonable receiver and Special Master’s fees in an amount to be fixed by the Court.
