DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES
The To’Hajiilee Community School Board of Education, Inc. (TCSB) invites qualified Design/Build Contractors to submit Proposals for the new To’Hajiilee Community School Project, a federally funded K–12 educational facility to be constructed in To’Hajiilee, New Mexico, on the Navajo Nation. Services will be delivered in two phases – Phase I (Preconstruction and Design) and Phase II (Construction). Proposals should cover both Phase I and Phase II. Cost Proposals should be submitted for Phase I only; Phase II will proceed upon negotiation and acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Proposal by TCSB. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is subject to federal law and Navajo Nation law, including the Navajo Business Opportunity Act. Mandatory minimum qualifications apply, as provided in the RFP. There is a mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on January 16, 2026 in To’Hajiilee, New Mexico, at 10:00 am MST. The deadline for written questions is January 16, 2026. Proposals are due to TCSB on January 30, 2026, by 5:00 pm MST.
