WINDOW ROCK – The Navajo Nation Special Diabetes Program announces the “Fall Into Healthier Choices” Health Education Series at the Window Rock Wellness Center on the following dates:

  • Oct. 15, Dietary Fat.
  • Oct. 23, Salt.
  • Oct. 29, Sugar.

Morning classes begin at 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., followed by afternoon classes at 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
