GALLUP – Entries for the Rio West Mall Pumpkin Decorating Contest is Monday, Oct. 21, by 4 p.m. Drop off entries at the Mall office (1300 W. Maloney Ave.). Voting ends Thursday, Oct. 24, at 8 p.m. Winners will be announced on Facebook on Friday, Oct. 25, and contacted by phone.
