GALLUP – Gallup Service Unit, Public Health Nursing, announces its influenza vaccine schedule on the following dates and chapters:
• Oct. 14: Iyanbito Chapter.
• Oct. 15: Twin Lakes Chapter.
• Oct. 16: Pinedale Chapter.
• Oct. 21: Churchrock Chapter.
• Oct. 23: Mexican Springs Chapter.
• Oct. 25: GIMC/IMC, Building 2018.
• Oct. 28: Houck Chapter.
• Oct. 29: Rock Springs Chapter.
• Nov. 4: Coyote Canyon Chapter.
• Nov. 5: Lupton Chapter.
• Nov. 6: Tsayatoh Chapter.
• Nov. 8: GIMC/IMC, Building 2018.
• Nov. 22: GIMC/IMC, Building 2018.
• Dec. 13: GIMC/IMC, Building 2018.
Chapter clinics are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. GIMC clinics are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bring ID (name, birth date) or hospital chart number. Parental consent is needed for children under 18 years of age. Information: 505-722-1746.
