Shiprock road repair, culvert replacement

SHIPROCK — The Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management will conduct road repair and culvert replacement beginning Monday, Aug. 19, at the former uranium processing area called the Shiprock Disposal Site. The project is anticipated to take no more than two weeks to complete. The project will maintain access on the flood plain to support the site.
