Our planet earth weather is changing. It’s not global warming.

This was taken Mother’s Day 2026 in Kayenta. It shows the tire tracks of the alleged drunk driver who took my grandson‘s life and changed our lives forever. And to add more insult to injury, there are 40-ounce beer bottles laying around the site where my grandson, 3-year-old Karson, lost his life.

My name is Jerry Semallie from Cameron, Arizona. I am the grazing permit holder of the area that is a possible solar project called Painted Desert Power.

On behalf of grazing permit holders, I question why BIA Navajo Region is using incomplete draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) grazing permit system. BIA’s mission statement says, “BIA is committed to provide high quality services to our customers in a timely and professional matter.”

This is a continuation of complaints against BIA Navajo Region. Range management program’s mismanagement and program corruption of our grazing permit and cropland management was and still is a primary issue for ranchers and farmers.
