It has come to my attention that potential land development plans to occur on land surrounding the Karigan Estates Housing area, located within the St. Michaels Chapter jurisdiction.

I was saddened to read of the death of Bill Donovan — longtime reporter for the Navajo Times and commentator on Navajo history and life.

What I find appalling after reading this story (“Homeless woman dies in abandoned trailer after giving birth,” June 30, 2022) was the fact that none of the political candidates (presidential or chapter) offered condolences or an inkling of any solutions to address homelessness or mental health.

After reading the Navajo Times, everyone, including myself, see dozens of jobs listed. There are some problems we all need to address.

The Navajo Reservation dirt roads are getting really bad, they are not being maintained.
