On Nov. 17, at approximately 10 a.m., a deputy with the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office was at a residence on Road 5803 in Farmington executing a court ordered eviction.

On Nov. 11, at approximately 6:23 a.m., New Mexico State Police, from the Gallup District, responded to a single vehicle rollover on Interstate 40, milepost 63, near Gallup.

Algar Horsechief, 27, who resides in Shiprock, N.M., pleaded guilty Monday in federal district court to two federal assault charges.

Gerald A. Tso, 25, of Shiprock, was sentenced Oct. 27 in federal district court to 10 years in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release for his aggravated sexual assault conviction.

LaSheena Jacquez, 27, of Kirtland, N.M., entered a guilty plea Friday to a second-degree murder charge in federal district court here.
