Window Rock, Page, Tuba City girls advance in Copper State Championship

The higher seeds largely held firm in the opening round of the Arizona Interscholastic Association Copper State Championship on Tuesday evening as No. 2 seed Tuba City, No. 6 seed Window Rock and No. 8 seed Page all advanced to the quarterfinals. San Carlos, the No. 5 seed, also moved on and will travel to face No. 4 Valley Christian in the remaining quarterfinal matchup.
