GALLUP – The Internal Revenue Service will be at the Octavia Fellin Public Library (115 W. Hill Ave.) on Aug. 4-6 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tax experts will assist with tax law, payment arrangements, and any forms you may need. Bring government issued ID and any documents from the IRS.
