Pre-Colonial Cooking Class

GALLUP – Join Octavia Fellin Public Library (115 W. Hill Ave.) for a Pre-Colonial Cooking Class with Chef Walter Cloud on Saturday, July 25, from 2-4 p.m. In partnership with Navajo Technical University Culinary Department, the class will introduce participants to pre-colonial cooking traditions, basic culinary skills, recipes/measurements, and discover how food connects us to history, place, and community.
