TMC pharmacy, lab closure

FORT DEFIANCE – Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board will be conducting necessary maintenance on the Electronic Health Records system from April 4 at 3 a.m. to April 5 at 3 a.m. The following outpatient service will be closed on Saturday, April 4:
• Pharmacy outpatient services, including Audiocare phone refill service. Audiocare will not be accessible from April 4 at 3 a.m. to April 5 at 3 a.m. Pharmacy outpatient service will reopen on Monday, April 6.
• Laboratory outpatient services will be closed on April 4 and will reopen on Monday, April 6.
Patients are encouraged to plan ahead and address laboratory and pharmacy needs before this downtime.
