Documents/Information Required for Legal Notices

1. Legal Notice – Provided by the Court for publication.
2. Court Order of Publication – Specifies the number of weeks that the court requires for the Legal Notice to be publish.
3. Mailing Address – Unless the mailing address is already provided, Navajo Times requires a mailing address accessible to the Petitioner/Legal Counsel
4. Valid Phone Number – Required in case we have any questions in regards to the Petitioner’s Legal Notice.
5. Email Address To ensure quicker access, communication, and convenience between Navajo Times and Customer.
6. Contact Person – If representing the Petitioner, the Navajo Times requires that relationship to be established.
