FLAGSTAFF – A man was shot and killed by Payson Police early Tuesday morning after he allegedly forced a woman into a vehicle at gunpoint.

On Tuesday, the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office reports that Llewellyn Blackhair, 46, of Cameron, was arrested for aggravated DUI, resisting arrest and failing to provide truthful name.

A Piñon man has been sentenced in federal district court in Prescott to 70 months in prison after he admitted to killing a man in Piñon in a drunken argument in October 2017.

The FBI is looking for Josiah Alan Smith, 27, of Smith Lake, New Mexico, who is wanted on a federal murder charge.

A federal judge in Prescott has given Alfonso Bahe three years in federal prison for assaults he made on members of his family and a former girlfriend in 2017 and 2018.
