After a 0-2 start, Chinle has found its stride, winning three straight games.
Junior running back Cody Curley rushed for 257 yards and four touchdowns as the Wildcats overwhelmed Winslow 72-6 in their 3A North opener.
Chinle (3-2) scored eight touchdowns on the ground and one through the air. Senior Ladamien Begay added 92 yards and two touchdowns on four carries, while junior Aiden Guy, junior Caleb Yazzie and senior Kaden White scored once each. The Wildcats converted all nine of their two-point attempts.
