The Native American rodeo community is mourning the passing of Navajo bull rider Spud Jones.

The winners of the men’s and women’s all-round champions at the 2025 Kayenta Fourth of July Rodeo were seeking out redemption in their respective ways on Saturday night.

A 6.7 second run in the finals of the 2025 Reno Rodeo helped secure the team roping title for Diné cowboy Aaron Tsinigine and his heeling partner Jeremy Buhler.

Team Wild is at it again. For the past few days, they have been working hard at putting the final touches to this year’s 32nd Annual Wild Thing Championship Bullriding. The two-day extravaganza is set for next week on July 11 and 12 at Red Rock Park in Church Rock, New Mexico.

New Mexico State University cowboy Brad Moreno took the 2025 College National Finals Rodeo by storm. Moreno captured the men’s all-around crown in Casper, Wyoming by accumulating 255 points during the one-week college finals that concluded on Saturday night as he beat Central Wyoming College cowboy Jace Mayfield by 30 points.
