• Oct. 9: Primary Care Clinic, Window Rock.
• Oct. 12: Covid/Flu Vaccine (only), Fort Defiance Chapter.
• Oct. 13: Primary Care Clinic, Kinlichee Chapter.
• Oct. 14: Primary Care Clinic, Klagetoh Chapter.
• Oct. 15: Primary Care Clinic, Houck Chapter.
• Oct. 16: Primary Care Clinic, St. Michaels Chapter.
• Oct. 19: Covid/Flu Vaccine (only), Window Rock.

Clinic hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Walk-ins welcome.
