August 14 is Navajo Nation Code Talker’s Day. May we take the day to remember our warriors who have gone before us to bring freedom and honor to our great nation and our Navajo Nation.
I would like to thank our Navajo Code Talkers for their tremendous strength and courage. I would also like to thank the families of our beloved Navajo Code Talkers for their support.
Navajo Nation Code Talker Day is also a day to celebrate the legacy and leadership of our warriors. The Navajo language was used to win World War II and protect families, a way of life and sacred land. Let us keep our warriors in our prayers. Ahéhee’.
