Detectives with the Farmington Police Department are investigating a case of credit card skimming and have tips to help citizens avoid falling victim to this scam.

Allan Lewis is again facing involuntary manslaughter charges in connection with an accident that occurred in April of 2017 in which three people, two minors and one adult, were killed and two others were seriously injured.

According to the criminal complaint, Garcia pulled up to the victim while driving his truck. He got out, put his arms around the victim, and held a hard object to her back while telling her, “Don’t move.”
