Rochelle L. Gomez
FLAT LAKE, N.M. – Funeral services for Rochelle Leigh Gomez, 44, of Crownpoint, was held Jan. 16 at the Tsin Neez Chooz Church of God in Flat Lake, New Mexico, with Andrew L. Martin officiating. Interment followed at the Crownpoint community cemetery.
Rochelle was born April 15, 1981, in Crownpoint, into the Tó’aheedlíinii (Water Flow Together Clan), born for Kinłichíi’nii (Red House Clan). She passed away Jan. 5, 2026, in Mesa, Arizona.
Rochelle attended Rehoboth Christian School and graduated in 1999 from Westwood High School in Mesa. She was employed with State Farm Insurance and enjoyed raising her children.
Rochelle is survived by her sons, Cain Chia, Brandon Gomez and Devon Gomez; daughter, Levai Gomez; mother, Juliette Largo; brother, Gregory Martin; sisters, Olivia Larkins and Cheryl Martin; and grandparents, Harry and Belle Benally Largo, and Peter and Amy Martin.
Rochelle is preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Martin; and brother, Rhett C. Martin.
Pallbearers were Cain Chia, Greg Martin, Ian King, Logan King, Aldred Reid, and Kaine Reid.
Honorary pallbearers were Albert Morgan, Thomas Martin, Peter D’Alesandro, Andrew L. Martin and Harrison Largo.
Rollie Mortuary oversaw arrangements.
