Clah, Denetso lead Navajo Prep to 42-0 shutout win over Crownpoint

CROWNPOINT
The Navajo Prep Eagles shutout the Crownpoint Eagles in a dominating 42-0 win at Crownpoint High School. This is now the Navajo Prep’s fourth win in a row since starting their season with a disappointing 35-0 loss to Raton.
Senior quarterback Aden Clah had four touchdowns with 207 yards of total offense, throwing three touchdown passes while adding 41 yards on the ground and a rushing score. Junior Nijrelle Denetso was on the receiving end of two of those touchdowns passes, finishing with 110 receiving yards while adding a 60-yard touchdown run.
Defensively, Navajo Prep came away with two interceptions and two fumble recoveries to keep Crownpoint off the scoreboard.
