Rehoboth boys entering district play with high hopes

REHOBOTH, N.M.
The Rehoboth Christian Lynx opened the district season in boys soccer on Tuesday afternoon with perennial powerhouse Sandia Prep.
The Lynx entered that contest with a 7-1 record as the outcome of that game was not posted on MaxPreps.com on Wednesday morning.
“Sandia Prep is always the favorite not just our district, but for the whole state,” Rehoboth coach Philip Fredericksen said. “And then we have Bosque, East Mountain, and Cottonwood Classical and they all have really strong programs.”
Oak Grove Classical Academy is the sixth team that makes up District 1-1A/3A as Rehoboth is the only area team that competes in that district.
