According to an endangered juvenile flyer from the FBI, Rosaline Endischie was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white shirt with dark print. Police say Endischie is 5’5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.

Police say Endischie may be with Justin Manhemier, 30, who they consider armed and dangerous. Police said Manheimer is 5’11, 190 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.

Francisco said Navajo police officers were dispatched to check on the safety of Endischie, but she and Manheimer fled together. Police pursued them for a while, but stopped.

Police did not say what Manheimer was last seen wearing, but are asking the public to call the FBI at 623-466-1999, or the Kayenta Police Department at 928-697-5600, if they see Endischie or Manheimer.
