The search for Dennis Hardy Sr. has ended tragically.

The description the witness gave police of the man’s clothing matched the clothing Hardy was last seen in, said Sgt. Tony Notah with the Apache County Sheriff’s Office.

A second day of searching for Dennis Hardy Sr., 94, has yielded nothing after he went missing on Sunday from his home in Fort Defiance.
