First off I want to thank Nez and Lizer for ending the bond agreement on Navajo Technical Energy...

Journalism is suffering all over the world. We pray for the safety of those putting their lives on the line to report the truth; to tell us about the corruption, the greed, the violence and crimes against the innocent and vulnerable. 

The bottom line with the Navajo Technical Energy Company Wyoming Montana coal mine deal is the Navajo Nation is being cornered into committing $1.2 billion of our Permanent Trust Fund to secure bonds to guarantee clean up costs for these dying mines.

Oct. 25 was the first annual veteran and family sponsored trash pickup in the community starting at 9 a.m. and lasting to 1 p.m.

The year was 1989 — a year before the next big election. In the fall 1990 Primary Election there were 14 registered and qualified candidates for the new Office of President of the Dineh Nation.
