The Page softball team were tested early, but the Lady Sand Devils put the hammer down during last Friday’s doubleheader win over the Window Rock Lady Scouts.

Spurred by a 16-hit effort, the Aztec Lady Tigers defeated district rival Kirtland Central in the fifth-place game of the Kristin Griego Rio Rancho Tournament on Saturday.

It took five innings for the Window Rock softball team to finally get its bats going.
The Lady Scouts (6-4) batted in 10 hits in the fifth and six frames and exploded for nine runs to upend the Tohatchi Lady Cougars 11-8 on Thursday afternoon at Window Rock High School.

Hosts of the 2025 Linda Crabtree Softball Challenge, the Piedra Vista Lady Panthers (9-5-1) rolled through their tournament schedule, winning four out of five games at the Farmington Sports Complex.

The Farmington Lady Scorpions (3-2-1) outpaced the Gallup Lady Bengals in five innings, securing a 14-3 victory on a cold, windy Tuesday afternoon.
